The house is spacious with high ceilings, a wall of windows, balcony off the Living Room and a beautiful view of Zona Romantica. The Casa has 3 bedrooms, with a fold-down sofa in the Living Room to sleep up to 8. Plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Downstairs is a cozy Casita with a private entrance, kitchenette, large bathroom and closet. Plenty of room for 2 with a queen-sized bed, 40″ TV, DVD Player, WiFi, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, ceiling fan and A/C.

Take both units and sleep up to 10!

Guests of both the Casa and Casita will have access to the rooftop terrace andpool. The views of the bay and the Zona Romantica are very relaxing; perfect for starting your day with coffee or ending it with a margarita!

Hi, we are the Dunlaps and have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for years. We live in the Richmond, VA area when we are not in Casa Madina or travelling around the world. “Matts place was amazing! It is a bit of hike (up either stairs or hill) to get to the place from the romantic zone, but the views are 100% worth it and ubers/ indrive are very inexpensive there and easily accessible. The place had a very local and authentic feel to it and had everything we needed for our stay. Matt was really responsive and allowed for both an early check-in and late check-out to accomodate our travel! I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and roof was wonderful and we even saw the fireworks most nights..”

“matt was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions very quickly and very thorough via the app. the house itself was very charming with mexican decor and flair.... the AC was super efficient and appreciated!! there was quite a lot of construction happening on all sides of the house (not a lot of privacy on the rooftop) but that's to be expected in mexico when you're a little outside the downtown area. the "casita" downstairs was an awesome private little studio, where a couple of our friends could retire early and not worry about late-night noise from the larger group in the casa. absolutely loved our stay in gorgeous PV, and would definitely be interested in booking this spot again!!.”

“The 413 steps to the apt were fantastic exercise and the view from the platform on the roof was pretty impressive. There were some cleanliness, bedding, and clutter issues I mentioned to Matt so I wont' put those here because I truly believe he's a host that cares and has said he'll make changes. There are moisture issues in the bathroom that definitely need attention and that (along with my mention above) are why I feel his apt was overpriced. I did feel secure and Matt, along with his staff, are all very friendly and responsive and there was a binder FULL of incredible information upon arrival. I was appreciative there was a washer and beach towels, and a life saver was access to call long distance in North America till I got my SIM/chip card for my phone..”

Short walk to anywhere you want to be .The hills are a bit challenging if you aren’t physically fit but Uber is easy to get . Communication was excellent.
