Checkout time is 10am

Maid service may arrive before 10 AM to start if new guests arrive that afternoon or the next day.

Luggage

There is no place for securing your luggage after checkout, please take everything with you.

Walkthrough

Please contact our Manager, to arrange to meet you at the house for checkout. 

This helps ensure that you get your deposit refunded faster.

Late Checkout

Late checkout may be possible depending on when the next booking is.  Please contact Gabi.  Every effort will be made to accommodate you, but may not be possible.

Cleaning

Prior to checkout, please wash all of your dishes and leave them to dry (dishes are not part of maid service in Mexico).  All other cleaning is included in your rental contract, as long as you leave Casa/Casita Madina in ‘as found’ condition.

Checklist

• Return all items to where you found them.

• You must wash all your dishes - that is not included in maid service in Mexico.

• Take out any excessive garbage that does not fit in the trash can in the kitchen.

• Sign out of any TV apps used

• Make sure you don’t leave anything behind. Check all closets and drawers 

  • Do you have your phone chargers? 

  • Sunglasses? 

  • Your house keys?

  • Passports?

• Turn off all lights, A/C, TVs and fans, etc.

• Close and lock all doors and windows
   

Unaccompanied Checkout

If you can’t arrange a time with the Property Manager, please contact the owner at CasaMadinaPV@gmail.com to confirm.

Casa: Open both the wood door and front gate, leave the keys on the counter and lock the doors behind you. Don’t lock the keys inside without the gate open or you can trap yourself in the entrance (it has happened!).

Casita: Leave the keys on the table and make sure the door locks when you leave.
