Located at the top of Alta Vista, this hacienda style studio awaits. Below Casa Madina with a private entrance, well appointed kitchenette, large bathroom with open shower and closet with shelves and hangers. The main room has a queen sized bed, a loveseat seating area and a table with 2 chairs for dining or catching up on emails. Both the Casa and Casita are non-smoking.

At the end of the day, head up to the rooftop terrace and solar-heated soaking pool (shared with guests of Casa Madina).  Its very refreshing after a long hot day in Puerto Vallarta.  There is also a shower on the roof for rinsing off before getting in the pool. With fabulous views of the bay and the Zona Romantica, you can dine outside, enjoy a drink or relax in the pool. 

Other amenities include: Cordless telephone, Wi-Fi (2 services to ensure backup), individually controlled air conditioning and Washer/dryer in a sheltered area on the rooftop.

Located walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars (5+ min) and beaches  (~20 min) in Old Town. 
Come home to relax on the large rooftop terrace & soaking pool (~2m x 4m) with a great view of the ocean and city. While you’re out, grab some groceries and enjoy your breakfast and coffee on the rooftop terrace.

Please note the house is a the top of a hill (hence the great views), up 3 streets from the Old Town area and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
